Amazing facial with extractions!! Melissa was very helpful, and provided customized services based on my skin type and concerns. She gave great skincare advice as well, and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I made a first time appointment through a discounted program. When I arrived for the appointment Melissa asked what I was looking to get and I told her I wanted to do microblading and shading. She was honest with me after looking at what I wanted her to do and told me that it would not come out the way that I wanted it to. She even took the time to spend a few minutes to draw on what would happen if she did what I was asking. I realized right away I would not be happy with that result. Although she sent aside the appointment time for me, she said she would rather lose the money than end up with an unhappy customer. She suggested that I cancel my appointment and try to get a refund. She even told me she would approve the refund through the company that I purchased the voucher from. She was helpful and professional and explained everything well. I'm grateful for her help and assistance, and I'm glad that I did not do something that would make me unhappy. I would definitely go back if I needed another service that she offers.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the care Melisa gives had eyebrow microblading and tattoo. What a unbelievable difference. Had a Microblading session done with Melissa and I am so happy with the results. I went in for a touch up, I had my brows microbladed years ago and wanted to go to someone closer to my house with experience. So glad I found her, she is the best! My brows look amazing and are healing very nicely. No pain, minimal redness and they look so natural which is exactly what I wanted.
